前曾报道我们先后从我国特有植物喜树的限及果中分离并签定了十几种化学成份,其中五种为喜树碱类化合物:去氧喜树碱(Ⅰ)、喜树碱(Ⅱ)、10-羟基喜树碱(Ⅲ)、10-甲氧基喜树碱(Ⅳ)与11-甲氧基喜树碱(Ⅴ)。经我所药理室动物试验表明,Ⅱ—Ⅴ均有同样显著的抗肿瘤活性,且Ⅱ与Ⅲ已在临床试用,分别用于治疗胃癌及肝癌等恶性肿瘤。为了分离其他有效成分,最近我们又从Ⅲ的母液中分得一新生物碱——11-羟基喜树碱(Ⅵ),经动物试验表明,Ⅵ与Ⅲ一样,同样有明显的抑瘤作用。
It was previously reported that we have successively separated and signed more than a dozen chemical constituents from the limits and fruits of the endemic plant Camptotheca acuminata, five of which are camptothecins: deoxycamptothecin (I), camptothecin II), 10-hydroxycamptothecin (III), 10-methoxycamptothecin (IV) and 11-methoxycamptothecin (V). Animal experiments in our pharmacological laboratory showed that both Ⅱ-Ⅴ have the same significant anti-tumor activity, and Ⅱ and Ⅲ have been in clinical trials, respectively, for the treatment of gastric cancer and liver cancer and other malignancies. In order to separate the other active ingredients, we recently obtained a new alkaloid, 11-hydroxycamptothecin (Ⅵ), from the mother liquor of Ⅲ. Animal experiments showed that Ⅵ and Ⅲ have the same obvious anti-tumor effect.
