1.何谓情报化社会情报化社会是什么样的社会呢?这种社会的特征就是与情报有关的生产、流通、消费等等的活动非常活跃,情报价值相对高于物资的价值。而且,随着进入这种情报化的社会,各先进工业国的工业达到最高度化的程度,因此也有将这种情报化社会称为“脱工业化社会”。历来的工业化社会与新的情报化社会其不同点,可以从技术与市场两个方面加以区别(见表1)。 2.情报化的影响情报化社会不但具有与工业化社会完全不同的特征,而且影响产业与社会的几种形态是:①企业活动的情报化;②产品的情报化;③情报的企业化;④社会的情报化。这
1. What kind of society is information-based society? Information society is characterized by the activity of production, circulation, and consumption related to intelligence. The intelligence value is relatively higher than the value of materials. Moreover, with the entry into this kind of information-based society, the industries of advanced industrial countries have reached the highest level, and so this kind of informationized society has also been referred to as a “de-industrialized society.” The difference between the historically industrialized society and the new informationized society can be distinguished from the two aspects of technology and market (see Table 1). 2.
