[目的]探讨升降胶囊防治呕吐的内在机制。[方法]观察比较空白对照组、0.85%氯化钠(NS)组、中药组注射顺铂(DDP)前后,动物呕吐频率,血、胃肠组织中5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平变化。[结果]注射DDP后与NS组比较,中药组的呕吐率下降;血、胃肠组织中5-HT浓度明显降低。[结论]升降胶囊对DDP所致呕吐反应具有防治作用。其机制与降低血、胃肠组织中5-HT水平有关。
[Objective] To explore the internal mechanism of lifting capsules to prevent vomiting. [Methods] The frequency of vomiting, the changes of serotonin (5-HT) levels in blood and gastrointestinal tissue of the animals before and after injection of cisplatin (DDP) in the blank control group, 0.85% sodium chloride (NS) group, and traditional Chinese medicine group were observed and compared. [Results] Compared with the NS group after injection of DDP, the vomiting rate of the Chinese herbs group decreased; the 5-HT concentration in the blood and gastrointestinal tissues decreased significantly. [Conclusion] The lifting capsule can prevent and treat vomiting caused by DDP. Its mechanism is related to the reduction of 5-HT levels in blood and gastrointestinal tissues.
