目的:探讨高海拔地区急性有机磷农药中毒并发中间综合征的病因、临床特点及治疗对策。方法:分析我院收治的21例中间综合征患者的临床资料。结果:19例治愈出院,2例好转出院。结论:清除毒物不彻底,复能剂应用不足是中间综合征的主要原因。采用机械通气和加强复能剂应用,以及配合血液灌流可明显提高救治成功率。 Objective: To investigate the etiology, clinical features and treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning complicated with middle syndrome in high altitude areas. Methods: The clinical data of 21 patients with intermediate syndrome admitted to our hospital were analyzed. Results: 19 cases were cured and 2 cases were discharged. Conclusion: The removal of poisons is not complete, the lack of application of energy agent is the main reason of intermediate syndrome. The use of mechanical ventilation and enhance energy agent applications, as well as with hemoperfusion can significantly improve the success rate of treatment.
