本实验用内毒素休克猫心乳头肌观察枳实及其有效成分对心肌收缩性及自动节律性的影响,并与肾上腺素、多巴胺及酪胺相比较。结果表明,枳实及所试药物对内毒素休克猫心扎头肌增加收缩力及诱发自动节律性收缩与对照组比较,其强度的百分率无统计学上明显差异,从结果看,对有的药物其增强收缩力作用还稍大于对照组。而这些药物对利血平化猫心乳头肌的作用则明显减弱。说明內毒素休克猫心乳头肌和利血平化猫心孔头肌在反应性质上是完全不同的,后者与利血平耗竭儿茶酚胺有关,前者是否与儿茶酚胺储存增加有关,尚须进一步研究证明。
In this experiment, endotoxin shock cat fetal papillary muscle was used to observe the effects of Fructus Aurantii and its effective components on myocardial contractility and automatic rhythm, and compared with epinephrine, dopamine and tyramine. The results showed that, compared with the control group, there was no statistically significant difference in the intensity of the contraction and the induced automatic rhythmic contraction of the cirrhosis and the drug in the endotoxin shock cats. The drug’s effect of enhancing contractility was slightly greater than that of the control group. However, the effect of these drugs on the papillary muscles of reserpinized cats was significantly reduced. It was shown that the endotoxin shock cat papillary muscle and the cardioplegia of the reserpine cat were completely different in the nature of the reaction. The latter was related to reserpine depletion of catecholamines. Whether the former was related to the increase of catecholamine storage was yet to be further proved .
