首先建立支撑主梁的三维模型,基于ANSYS进行结构强度分析,查明整体结构应力集中部位及应力的大小,然后针对支护平台工作载荷较大且变化明显的情况,进行了结构模态分析,以找出支护平台作业过程中易于变形的部位,最终为快速掘进支护平台支撑主梁的结构优化设计和零部件材料选择提供参考。
Firstly, the three-dimensional model of the main girder is established. The structural strength of the main girder is analyzed based on ANSYS. The stress concentration and the stress of the whole structure are ascertained. Then, the modal analysis of the structure is carried out for the case of large working load and obvious change of the supporting platform, So as to find out the parts which are easy to deform during the operation of the supporting platform and finally provide the reference for the structural optimization design and component material selection of the support girder of the rapid driving support platform.
