在煤炭生产过程中,矿井无时无刻不在经受着水、火、瓦斯、煤尘和顶板“五大自然灾害”的威胁。针对这些威胁,恒源煤电公司积极探索应对策略,走出一条集教育、管理、监督三位一体的安全工作新路子,构建起安全生产长效机制。由于思路对头,方法对路,摈弃了重生产轻安全的旧观念,在事故源头上做文章。因此在抓安全工作时得心应手,收到事半功倍的效果。三年多来,公司业绩令人瞩目,员工从中得到众多实惠。
In the coal production process, the mine is constantly under threat from the “five major natural disasters” of water, fire, gas, coal dust and roof. In response to these threats, Hengyuan Coal and Electricity Company actively explored coping strategies and stepped out of a new safeguarded education, management and supervision work to build a long-term mechanism for safe production.
