本文报告了硒、锌对培养软骨细胞生长代谢的影响。本实验在培养液中加入一定量硒、锌对一代人胚关节软骨细胞进行培养192h。结果显示:(1)补锌和补硒均能促进软骨细胞的生长。(2)同时补充适量的硒和锌比单独补充效果好,但不能超过正常人血清含量的中等水平,若过多补充则可能适得其反。(3)在同一阶段,软骨细胞的分裂增殖与其产生基质的量不一致。(4)体外培养软骨细胞的基质代谢能很快进入平衡状态。胶原较蛋白多糖的代谢为慢。
This article reports the effects of selenium and zinc on the growth and metabolism of cultured chondrocytes. In this experiment, a certain amount of selenium was added into the culture medium, and zinc was cultured for 192h in a generation of human embryonic articular chondrocytes. The results showed that: (1) Both zinc supplementation and selenium supplement can promote the growth of chondrocytes. (2) At the same time, the appropriate amount of selenium and zinc supplementation is better than single supplementation, but it can not exceed the normal level of serum in the middle level, if too much supplement may be counterproductive. (3) At the same stage, the proliferation and proliferation of chondrocytes do not coincide with the amount of matrix they produce. (4) The metabolism of chondrocytes in vitro can quickly enter the equilibrium state. Collagen is slower than proteoglycan metabolism.
