城市道路交通枢纽系统分析与评价

本文应用系统工程观点和方法分析了交通枢纽和交叉口的运行特征和属性,提出枢纽交叉口的规划、设计、管理应采用“技术综合优化”观点。为了对枢纽交叉口进行科学的、直观的评价并为决策提供依据,作者选用效用函数的评价方法,通过专家函询,获得各个目标的权系数值,引进“价值”概念,建立各分项目标价值和总目标价值的计算结构,最后化为简单、明瞭的百分制评价准则。结合上海三个枢纽路口的综合调查资料给出了算例,以供参考。 In this paper, the operational characteristics and attributes of transportation hubs and intersections are analyzed based on the perspectives and methods of system engineering. It is suggested that the “technology comprehensive optimization” should be adopted in the planning, design and management of hub intersections. In order to make a scientific and intuitive evaluation of the junction and provide the basis for decision-making, the author selects the evaluation method of utility function, obtains the weight coefficient of each objective through the expert’s inquiry, introduces the concept of “value” and establishes the sub-goals The calculation structure of value and total target value finally becomes a simple and clear evaluation standard of percentile. Combined with the comprehensive survey data of the three junctions in Shanghai, an example is given for reference.
