砷及其氧化物是国内外牙科治疗中用于牙髓失活的主要药物,常用的三氧化二砷与砷(俗称金属砷),它们均以三价砷离子的方式作用,毒性大,使用不当或误服会引起严重组织坏死,甚至中毒致死。 频繁接触和使用此类药物的医务人员对于全面掌握其有关知识,实为重要。为此,笔者就三氧化二砷的理化性质,局部应用的药物作用机理、毒性、用法、用量、不良反应。禁忌症及意外的处置等方面加以概要归纳,提供参考,以求合理应用,减少意外毒性,达到预期的治疗目的。 理化性质:三氧化二砷(亦称无水亚砷酸或亚砷酸酐)为白色质重的粉末或不规则的块状物,并具有同质多晶型(系指药物化学性质相同,物理
