航材是航空公司最大的资金消耗和资产类型之一,如何合理规划零备件库存、最大限度地降低航材的保障成本是航空公司航材保障决策的重要目标。从国际先进经验来看,在航材共享模式下,航空公司可以享受减少自身航材储备量,免去自身航材保障相关的采购、库存管理、故障件送修等管理成本,而且付费方式灵活等多种益处。但是,航材共享也存在资产失控的风险,航空公司仍需综合考虑自身机队情况、运营目标等多种复杂因素才能做出正确的航材保障决策。
