在刚刚过去的“物业管理改革发展30周年大会”上,住房和城乡建设部齐骥副部长在讲话中指出:“我们要利用难得的发展机遇,奋发进取,走出一条有中国特色的物业管理发展道路,创造性地开展工作。”具体来说就是未来的物业管理要在改善民生、创新社会管理、加强与宏观经济的联系、与两型社会相结合等多方面进行发展与创新。
