螺旋CT三维重建对颈椎管狭窄症的术前评价

目的 :探讨螺旋CT三维重建对颈椎管狭窄症术前的诊断价值。方法 :用螺旋CT对 4 5例拟行手术治疗的颈椎管狭窄症患者行薄层容积扫描 ,采用合适的重建参数及阈值在工作站上进行三维重建 ,多角度、多层面拍片。结果 :三维重建图像能清晰评价颈椎椎管、横突孔及椎间孔的狭窄情况 ,并可提供病变的逼真立体影像信息。结论 :三维重建CT简化了诊断过程 ,可直观地了解颈椎管狭窄症的三孔立体空间的实际大小、形态、位置及显示周围组织的立体解剖 ,为制订手术方案提供丰富的影像信息 Objective: To investigate the value of spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in the preoperative diagnosis of cervical spinal stenosis. Methods: 45 cases of cervical stenosis underwent surgical operation underwent thin-section volume scan with spiral CT. Three-dimensional reconstruction, multi-angle and multi-slice filming were performed on the workstation with appropriate reconstruction parameters and threshold values. Results: Three-dimensional reconstruction images can clearly evaluate the stenosis of the cervical canal, transverse foramina and intervertebral foramen, and provide lifelike stereoscopic image information. Conclusion: Three-dimensional reconstruction of CT simplifies the diagnosis process, and can intuitively understand the actual size, shape and position of the three-hole three-dimensional space of cervical canal stenosis and the three-dimensional anatomy of the surrounding tissue to provide rich imaging information for the preparation of the surgical plan
