在测定和调查了重庆市农业生产上应用的11个甘薯品种的干物质含量、淀粉含量和生产力的基础上,初步提出目前重庆市的甘薯推广品种为:兼用型品种渝薯34和南薯88,淀粉加工专用型品种徐薯18、渝苏1号、苏薯2号和绵粉1号。重庆市甘薯生产的出路在于加工,在推广高淀粉品种的前提下,走农户或就地小规模初级加工淀粉、企业收购淀粉进行各类深度加工的道路。
On the basis of measuring and investigating the dry matter content, starch content and productivity of 11 sweet potato varieties used in agricultural production in Chongqing, it was initially proposed that the varieties of sweet potato promoted in Chongqing are: Yu-Shu 34 and Xia-Shu 88 , Starch processing special varieties Xushu 18, Yu Su 1, No. 2 and cotton powder 1 on the surface. The outlet of sweet potato production in Chongqing lies in the processing. In the premise of popularizing the high starch varieties, walking the small-scale primary processing starch in local farmers or enterprises, and acquiring the starch for all kinds of deep processing.
