呷村铜精矿中铜矿物主要为难浸出的(锑、砷)黝铜矿,还含有较高的铅、锌、银、砷和锑。针对该矿采用一段氧压浸出综合回收工艺进行处理,通过条件优化实验确定了氧压浸出的操作条件。扩大验证实验表明Cu、Zn的浸出率分别高达97.10%、89.83%,Pb、Ag转化为矾类和硫化物形式留在浸出渣中,铜锌与铅银分离彻底。浸出液中的铜、锌分别通过萃取、电积进行回收。浸出渣中的铅、银通过氯盐浸铅、硫脲浸银进行回收。铜萃取率,铅、银浸出率分别为96%、90%、95%。
The ores in Tongcun copper concentrate are mainly leached (antimony, arsenic) tetrahedrite and contain high levels of lead, zinc, silver, arsenic and antimony. According to the comprehensive recovery process of oxygen pressure leaching for the mine, the operating conditions of oxygen pressure leaching were determined through the condition optimization experiment. Expanded verification experiments showed that the leaching rates of Cu and Zn were as high as 97.10% and 89.83%, respectively. Pb and Ag were converted into alum and sulfide in the leached residue. Copper and zinc were completely separated from lead and silver. Leaching solution of copper, zinc, respectively, through the extraction, electrowinning recovery. Leaching residue in the lead, silver leaching by chlorine, lead thiourea leaching recovery. Copper extraction rate, lead, silver leaching rates were 96%, 90%, 95%.
