目的了解夏季腹泻病患者致病因素分布。方法定点监测医院对2013年7~10月期间就诊腹泻病患者采取用药前大便标本和肛拭子采样标本,进行致病菌分析。结果副溶血性弧菌阳性率10.7%,沙门菌阳性率2.3%。男性阳性检出率11.7%,女性阳性检出率15.8%。结论夏季是腹泻病高发季节,尤其是与食源性有关的致病因素的危害非常严重,因此,严格食品卫生,杜绝病从口入,是控制食源性疾病发生的根本措施。
Objective To understand the distribution of pathogenic factors in patients with summer diarrhea. Methods The hospital sentinelly monitoring the stool specimen and anal swab samples from the hospital for treatment of diarrhea during July to October 2013 to carry out pathogenic bacteria analysis. Results Vibrio parahaemolyticus positive rate of 10.7%, Salmonella positive rate of 2.3%. The positive rate of male was 11.7% and the positive rate of female was 15.8%. Conclusions Summer is the season of high incidence of diarrheal diseases. Especially the risk factors of food-related pathogens are very serious. Therefore, strict food hygiene should be put in place to prevent diseases from entering the mouth, which is the fundamental measure to control food-borne diseases.
