试验结果表明,不论硫甙含量高低,白菜型黑籽油菜皮壳率约为19%,黄籽为14%。普通油菜的种胚和种皮的硫甙含量分别占种子硫甙含量的96%和4%,优质油菜的种胚和种皮的硫甙含量分别占种子硫甙含量的89%和11%。种子和种胚中以3—丁烯基硫甙为主,种皮中则以3—了烯基硫甙和2—羟基—3—丁烯基硫甙为主。
The results showed that, regardless of glucosinolate content, cabbage-type black seed rape shucking rate of about 19%, yellow seed was 14%. The content of glucosinolate in seed coat and seed coat of common rape accounted for 96% and 4% of the content of seed glucosinolate, while the content of glucosinolate in seed coat and seed coat of high quality rape accounted for 89% and 11% of the content of glucosinolate, respectively. 3-butenyl glucosinolate was the main seed and seed embryo, and 3-alkenylathoside and 2-hydroxy-3-butenyl glucosinolate were the main components in seed coat.
