文章对湖南新晃县农村饮水安全问题进行了分析和研究。首先介绍了2005年以来,通过实施农村饮水安全工程,新晃县农村饮水安全工作取得的主要成绩,然后从水量保障、后期运行维护、资金问题等三个方面对新晃县农村饮水安全工作存在的主要问题与原因进行了分析研究,最后提出了相应的对策与建议。
