学生党员是高校的一支先进力量,他们在学习能力、思想政治、心理素质等方面都是同龄人中的优秀者。但在当今高校的校园里,存在着党员与群众联系不够紧密,党员先进性不能充分体现等问题。一方面,学生党员与群众联系的意识不到位,缺乏与群众联系的机制和渠道;另一方面,青年学生中存在的问题无法通过畅通的渠道得到及时解决。针对这些问题,北京大学考古文博学院根据实际情况,建立了“党员群众手拉手”联系制度。 Student party members are an advanced force in colleges and universities, and they are all among their peers outstanding in learning ability, ideological, political and psychological qualities. However, on the campus of today’s colleges and universities, there are problems such as the party members and the masses are not in close contact and the advanced nature of party members can not be fully reflected. On the one hand, there is a lack of awareness about the connection between student party members and the masses, and lack of mechanisms and channels for connecting with the masses. On the other hand, problems existing among young students can not be resolved in time through smooth channels. In response to these problems, according to the actual situation, the Archeology and Museology College of Peking University has established a system of “hand in hand with party members and masses”.
