目的 腕关节形态学改变可导致一些腕关节病变 ,正常腕关节X线形态学研究有如下意义 :①了解腕关节不稳、腕骨坏死、腕骨关节炎以及类风湿关节炎等腕关节病变情况 ;②评估临床治疗方法及效果 ;③指导腕关节假体设计。方法 本文采用标准X线摄片技术 ,测量 2 0 0个 (10 0人 )正常腕关节X线正、侧位片共 2 5个参数。结果 尺骨变异为 0 76± 1 5 9mm(均数±标准差 ) ;舟月骨间距离为3 12± 0 73mm ;桡骨尺倾角 (A)为 2 2 5 9± 3 6 1°;桡骨尺倾角 (B)为 6 7 89± 3 6 3° ;桡骨掌倾角为 78 1± 4 46° ;桡月角为 - 4 5 5± 10 2 5°;舟月骨为 5 4 2 9± 8 2 0°;腕骨角为 12 1 0 4± 8 14° ;标准腕高率为0 5 4± 0 0 4;标准腕指数为 1 0 0± 0 0 36 ;改良腕高率为 1 34± 0 0 77;改良腕高指数为 1 0 0± 0 0 6 ;标准尺腕率为 0 31± 0 0 38;改良尺腕率为 0 77± 0 10 ;标准桡腕率为 0 11± 0 0 2 4;改良桡腕率为 0 2 7± 0 0 5 8;Stahl氏指数为 0 5 7± 0 0 5 4等。 2 5个参数中 ,30对参数具有相关性 ,其中 17对呈正相关 ,13对呈负相关。结论 本文较全面地揭示了正常腕关节X线形态学定量指标 ,有助于腕关节结构动力学的研究 ,假体的设计和疾病的诊治等
The purpose of the wrist morphology changes can lead to some wrist disease, normal wrist X-ray morphology has the following significance: ① understand wrist instability, carpal tunnel necrosis, carpal arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis and other wrist joint disease; Evaluation of clinical treatment methods and effects; ③ guide wrist prosthesis design. Methods The standard X-ray radiography was used to measure the positive and lateral radiographs of 250 normal wrist (total 250) parameters. Results The ulnar variation was 0 76 ± 1 59 mm (mean ± standard deviation), the distance between the scapholunate and the lunar bone was 3 12 ± 0 73 mm, and the inclination of radius ulna was 2 259 ± 3 6 1 °. The radial inclination (B) was 6 7 89 ± 3 6 3 °; radioulnar inclination was 78 1 ± 466 °; radial lunar angle was -45 5 ± 10 2 5 °; scaphoid was 542 9 ± 8 2 0 °; the carpal angle was 12 1 0 4 ± 8 14 °; the standard wrist rate was 0 5 4 ± 0 0 4; the standard wrist index was 100 ± 0 0 36; the modified wrist height was 1 34 ± 0 0 77 ; Improved wrist high index was 100 ± 0 0 6; standard wrist rate was 0 31 ± 0 0 38; improved wrist rate was 0 77 ± 0 10; standard radial wrist rate was 0 11 ± 0 0 2 4; The improved radial wrist rate was 0 2 7 ± 0 0 5 8; Stahl’s index was 0 5 7 ± 0 0 5 4 and so on. Of the 25 parameters, 30 pairs of parameters were correlated, of which 17 were positively correlated and 13 were negatively correlated. Conclusion This article reveals the quantitative indicators of X-ray morphology of the normal wrist, which is helpful for the study of the structural dynamics of the wrist, the design of the prosthesis and the diagnosis and treatment of the disease
