随着教育事业的发展,对于幼儿教育的关注程度也在不断加强,同样的,幼儿教师的教育质量问题也得到了关注。幼儿教师是幼儿教育的执行者与管理者,教育质量直接影响到儿童的成长。反观我国当前的幼儿教学工作,对教师的管理工作仍然存在着一定的问题,需要认真分析解决,以达到更好的幼儿教育效果。
With the development of education, the level of attention to early childhood education is also increasing. In the same way, the quality of preschool teachers’ attention has also been paid attention to. Kindergarten teachers are the performers and managers of early childhood education, the quality of education directly affects the growth of children. In contrast, the current preschool education in our country still has certain problems to teachers’ management, which needs careful analysis and resolution in order to achieve better preschool education effect.
