采用不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法,分析了日本沼虾(Macrobrachium nipponense)的眼睛、腹肌、心脏、肝脏、性腺5种新鲜组织中的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-酯酶(α-EST)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD).结果显示,不同组织酶谱是不相同的,具有明显的组织特异性及一定的性别差异,同时在繁殖期和非繁殖期,LDH 表现出明显的差异.同时探讨了有关酶与机能的关系.
The vertical plate electrophoresis of discontinuous polyacrylamide gel was used to analyze the changes of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and α-ester in the fresh tissues of eye, abdomen muscle, heart, liver and gonads of Macrobrachium nipponense (Α-EST) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) .The results showed that the different zymogram was different, with obvious tissue specificity and gender differences, while in the breeding and non-breeding period, LDH Showing obvious differences.At the same time discussed the relationship between enzyme and function.
