槽体为40米~3的ФП-40型浮选柱的工业样机是在阿赤巴利米达联合企业的机械加工厂制造的。在肯达乌斯克选厂进行了从尾矿中浮选重晶石的工业试验。尾矿矿浆经过环型加料槽注入浮选槽的泡沫层以下,该加料槽使矿浆沿着浮选槽的全部截面均匀分布,并能降低矿浆入口处的湍流。精矿是靠自流从环型卸料槽中排出,尾矿自尾矿卸料槽排出时,借助于闸板来控制浮选槽内的液面(图1)。长时间的工业试验结果表明(见表1):ΦП—40型浮选柱能从米哈诺布尔—7型浮选
Industrial prototypes of the ФП-40 flotation column with a cell size of 40-3 are manufactured at the Machineries of Aktiebalida Corporation. An industrial trial of flotation of barite from the tailings was carried out at the Kendawusk plant. The tailings slurry is injected into the flotation tank below the foam layer via a ring dosing tank that evenly distributes the slurry throughout the cross section of the flotation cell and reduces turbulence at the slurry inlet. The concentrate is discharged from the annular discharge tank by gravity, and when the tailings is discharged from the tailings discharge tank, the liquid level in the flotation tank is controlled by the gate (Fig. 1).
