长途货运汽车司机的年龄、职业和行为特点,使其成为存在感染STDs/HIV高危行为的脆弱人群。本次调查男性司机广西364名,山东160名,基线结果显示淋病、梅毒、HIV感染的检出率广西司机分别为10.96%、0.66%、0%,山东司机分别为9.93%、0%、0%,南北二地司机未见统计学差异,但远远高于我国总人口淋病感染检出率、梅毒感染检出率。广西司机干预后干预组、对照组新发淋病的检出率分别为4.40%、7.14%,未见统计学差异
The age, occupational and behavioral characteristics of long distance trucking drivers make them vulnerable to the high risk of contracting STDs / HIV. The survey of 364 male drivers in Guangxi, Shandong 160, baseline results showed that gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV infection prevalence in Guangxi drivers were 10.96%, 0.66%, 0%, Shandong drivers were 9.93 %, 0% and 0% respectively.
