目的:了解天然植物无花果的药用研究进展,以期总结该植物的主要药用价值,指导临床应用。资料来源:检索Medline1950-01/2004-09与无花果药用相关的文章,检索词“ficuscarica”,并限定文章语言种类为English。检索国家知识基础设施全文数据库CNKI1999-01/2004-09与无花果药用相关的文章,限定文章语言种类为中文,检索词“无花果”。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取关于无花果的药用价值研究的文献,筛除与药用价值研究无关的研究,对剩余的文献开始查找全文。纳入标准为①无花果药用价值的实验研究。②研究包括无花果、叶、汁及其各种提取物或制剂。排除标准:重复性研究。资料提炼:共收集到226篇关于无花果药用价值的研究文章,30个研究符合纳入标准。排除的196篇文章,189篇为临床经验报道或重复性研究,7篇为综述类文章。资料综合:相关实验研究表明,无花果、叶、汁及其各种提取物或制剂有着广泛的药用价值,发现了其多种药理作用,如抗肿瘤、调节机体代谢如调整血糖、血脂、胆固醇等,可提高机体抗氧化能力,抗菌、抗病毒、调节免疫,以及调节凝血、拮抗肿瘤放、化学药物治疗中的毒副反应的作用等;其致敏的案例国内外亦见少量报道。结论:作为药物,无花果具有广泛的药理作用及临床应用价值。对其药用价值的研究多集中在抗肿瘤及调节代谢两方面,且其各种活性成分的分离、提纯及其之间的复合作用以及药理、毒理作用研究尚不明确。随着对其研究的不断深入,其新的药理作用也必将发现。
Objective: To understand the medicinal development of natural plant figs in order to summarize the main medicinal value of this plant and to guide the clinical application. Data extraction: A total of 226 research articles on the medicinal value of figs were collected, and 30 studies met the inclusion criteria. DATA SYNTHESIS: Relevant experimental studies have shown that figs, leaves, juices and their various extracts or preparations have a wide range of medicinal values and have been found in a variety of pharmacological effects, such as anti-tumor, regulating body metabolism such as adjusting blood sugar, blood lipids, cholesterol Such as, can improve the body’s anti-oxidation ability, antibacterial, anti-virus, immune regulation, as well as regulation of coagulation, antagonistic anti-tumor, chemical drug treatment in the toxic side effects, etc.; its case of sensitization also see a small amount of reports at home and abroad. Conclusion: As a medicine, fig has a wide range of pharmacological effects and clinical application value. The study of its medicinal value mostly focuses on the two aspects of anti-tumor and regulation of metabolism, and the separation and purification of its various active ingredients and their complex effects and pharmacological and toxicological effects are not yet clear. With the continuous deepening of its research, its new pharmacological effects will surely be discovered.
