在全国“振兴中医”的浪潮中,四川省的中医药事业发展相当迅速,荣获了“振兴中医事业的先声”的称号。但是从整体上看,中医药事业发展面临的主要问题之一是学术水平不高,而中医药的科技进步则是提高学术水平的关键环节。在这一环节中,从科技管理的宏观高度来促进中医药科技进步以提高学术水平,已成为当务之急。四川省的中医药科技工作应怎样发展,怎样布局,换言之,即我们的发展战略和对策是什么,这是一个值得探讨的重要课题。为此,本研究针对这一课题,对四川省中医药科技工作的现状、水平进行了系统调查研究和评价,提出了中
In the wave of “revitalizing Chinese medicine” in the country, the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Sichuan Province has been very rapid and has won the title of “reinvigorating the cause of pioneering Chinese medicine.” However, as a whole, one of the major problems faced by the development of TCM is that the academic level is not high, and the scientific and technological progress of TCM is the key to improving the academic level. In this link, it has become an urgent task to promote the scientific and technological progress of Chinese medicine from the macro level of science and technology management to raise the academic level. How should Sichuan’s TCM science and technology work develop and how it be laid out? In other words, what is our development strategy and strategy? This is an important issue worthy of discussion. For this purpose, this study conducted a systematic investigation and evaluation of the status quo and level of scientific and technological work in traditional Chinese medicine in Sichuan Province.
