采用NOS的组织化学技术,研究豚鼠低位听觉径路及血管纹的一氧化氮合酶(nitricoxidesynthase,NOS)的分布,结果发现,在耳蜗核有密集的NOS阳性胞体,阳性纤维散在,阳性胞体主要集中在耳蜗背侧核,腹侧核内阳性反应较少;螺旋神经节NOS阳性细胞呈圆形或椭圆形,有明确的突起;耳蜗各回内外毛细胞均呈NOS阳性反应,内毛细胞区较外毛细胞区染色深;血管纹的边缘细胞呈强阳性反应。文章讨论了NOS在低位听觉径路及血管纹的分布特点及生理意义。
NOS histochemical techniques were used to investigate the distribution of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in guinea pig’s lower auditory pathway and vascular pattern. The results showed that in the cochlear nucleus with dense NOS positive soma, the positive fibers were scattered and the positive cells were mainly concentrated In the nucleus dorsalis of the cochlea, there were few positive reactions in the ventral nucleus. The NOS positive cells in the spiral ganglion were round or oval with clear protrusions. The inner and outer hair cells in the cochlea showed positive NOS positive reaction, Deep staining of the hair cell area; edge of the stria vascularis cells showed a strong positive reaction. The article discusses the distribution characteristics and physiological significance of NOS in lower auditory pathway and vascular pattern.
