采用ＮＯＳ的组织化学技术，研究豚鼠低位听觉径路及血管纹的一氧化氮合酶（ｎｉｔｒｉｃｏｘｉｄｅｓｙｎｔｈａｓｅ，ＮＯＳ）的分布，结果发现，在耳蜗核有密集的ＮＯＳ阳性胞体，阳性纤维散在，阳性胞体主要集中在耳蜗背侧核，腹侧核内阳性反应较少；螺旋神经节ＮＯＳ阳性细胞呈圆形或椭圆形，有明确的突起；耳蜗各回内外毛细胞均呈ＮＯＳ阳性反应，内毛细胞区较外毛细胞区染色深；血管纹的边缘细胞呈强阳性反应。文章讨论了ＮＯＳ在低位听觉径路及血管纹的分布特点及生理意义。 NOS histochemical techniques were used to investigate the distribution of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in guinea pig’s lower auditory pathway and vascular pattern.
