关于肺原性脑病诊治方面的研究已有较多论述。本文报导一组肺原性脑病病例有关诊治方面某些问题的探讨。本组病例共32例,其中男性20例,女性12例,年龄分布在39～80岁之间,其中83％在50岁以上。全部病例经病史、体检、胸部X线检查,大部分病例作心电图检查确诊为肺气肿、肺原性心脏病。全部病例作动脉血液气体分析,测定方法是:(1)动脉血氧含量和二氧化碳含量测定按照Van Slyke-Neill氏法;(2)动脉血氧
On the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary encephalopathy has been more discussion. This article reports a group of cases of pulmonary encephalopathy in the diagnosis and treatment of some of the issues discussed. A total of 32 cases of this group of patients, including 20 males and 12 females, aged between 39 to 80 years old, of which 83% over the age of 50.
