采用2×2混合实验设计探讨了在个体无意识状态下启动的成就目标,对高、低成就动机个体结果预期及任务表现的影响.研究结果表明无意识成就目标启动效应是否出现,受个体成就动机水平的调节:①无意识成就目标的启动,对高成就动机个体的结果预期没有显著影响,但是能显著提高低成就动机个体的结果预期;②无意识成就目标的启动,对高、低成就动机个体的任务表现均没有显著影响,但是高成就动机个体的任务表现显著好于低成就动机个体.
The 2 × 2 mixed experimental design was used to explore the impact of achievement goal initiated in individual unconsciousness on the individual outcome expectation and task performance of high and low achievement motivation.The results show that whether the involuntary achievement goal start effect appears or not depends on individual achievement motivation level : (1) The initiation of unconscious achievement goal has no significant effect on the expectation of high achievement motivation individuals, but can significantly improve the outcome expectation of low achievement motivation individuals; (2) The initiation of unconscious achievement goal, the task of high and low achievement motivation individuals Performance had no significant effect, but the task of high achievement motivation task performance was significantly better than low achievement motivation individuals.
