目的研究针对修复原因所采取的修复方法对修复结果造成的影响。方法收集3 a 745例进行口腔修复的病例资料,从患者年龄、就诊原因(牙体缺损、牙列缺损、牙列缺失)、修复方法及戴用舒适度、返修率等方面进行统计分析。结果牙体和牙列缺损分别占47.79%、47.65%,以冠或桥形式修复占56.12%,以可摘局部义齿形式修复占39.30%;女性多于男性;30岁～70岁病例占73.02%,以40岁～60岁人群最为集中;年龄越小倾向于固定修复,年龄越大倾向于可摘修复。复诊次数与戴用舒适度呈负相关;可摘义齿返修率明显高于固定义齿;固定义齿戴用舒适度优于可摘义齿。结论宜及早对牙齿健康采取干预措施,制订更符合牙齿生理状态的修复方法,尽可能使用固定修复,以提高患者舒适度及满意度。
Objective To study the effect of repairing method on the repair result according to the reason of repairing. Methods A total of 745 patients undergoing oral rehabilitation were enrolled in this study. Data were collected from patients’ age, reasons for their visit (tooth defects, dentition defects, dentition defects), repair methods, wearing comfort and repair rate. Results Dental and dentition defects accounted for 47.79% and 47.65% respectively, accounting for 56.12% in crown or bridge repair, 39.30% in removable partial denture, 73.0% in female and 30-70 years old, , With 40 to 60-year-old crowd is most concentrated; the younger the tend to fixed repair, older tend to removable repair. The number of referrals was negatively correlated with wearing comfort; the rate of reworkable denture was significantly higher than that of fixed denture; the wearing comfort of fixed denture was better than that of removable denture. Conclusions It is advisable to take early interventions on dental health and formulate a more appropriate repair method for dental physiology. Use fixed repairs whenever possible to improve patient comfort and satisfaction.
