改革开放以后,我国的教育事业发展迅速,企业学院聘任职业导师在国际上不断发展,我国对职业导师的需求也在不断增大。聘用和管理高素质高能力的职业导师能够对企业院校人才培养起到极大的促进作用。职业教师是实现高等教育的核心,也是判断该企业院校是否真正能够培养高素质人才的依据。因此本文通过着重介绍企业院校职业导师的聘用与管理现状、企业院校职业导师的聘用与管理存在的问题、企业院校职业导师的管理存在问题的原因分析、相关的对策和建议等几方面,来加强职业教师在企业院校所起的作用的研究,以促进我国职业教育更好更快发展,带动我国教育事业走向更快发展的新趋势。
