太浦河泵站选用斜 1 5°轴伸式轴流泵 (以下简称斜 1 5°轴伸泵 ) ,为特低扬程、大流量的水泵。它具有叶轮直径大、水泵装置流态复杂、水泵轴承受力大等特点。本文针对太浦河泵站斜 1 5°轴伸泵 ,进行了水泵装置从吸入口至出口包括叶片、导叶、弯管段等在内的整体三维粘性流动分析 ,得到了流道内部不同工况下的流动特性如压力、速度分布规律及泵特性曲线 ,以及流道内部的旋涡分布和水力损失情况。同时进行了导叶和叶轮流动动静干涉引起的三维不稳定流动分析 ,得到了叶轮在不同工况下受到的轴向水推力及径向水推力在旋转过程中的变化规律 ,从而为轴承设计提供了比较准确的受力条件。该项研究对其它斜式泵的内部流态及受力分析也是一个很好的借鉴。

Different internal conditions Under the flow characteristics such as pressure, velocity distribution and pump characteristic curve, as well as the flow path within the vortex distribution and hydraulic losses. At the same time, the unsteady three-dimensional flow induced by the flow and the interference between the guide vane and the impeller is analyzed, and the variation rules of the axial water thrust and the radial water thrust received by the impeller under different operating conditions are obtained, thus providing the bearing design A more accurate stress conditions. This study is also a good reference for the internal flow and stress analysis of other inclined pumps.
