在现代化的城镇建设中,随着我国改革开放以来的发展,城镇化速度以及城镇化的效果非常明显,其规模也得到了有效扩张。随着我国经济体制结构的调整以及改革,国内发展实现可持续化以及科学化的发展态势,这也是目前经济发展的主要观念。在目前的发展状态下,传统增长型城镇规划模式已经不能够满足目前社会经济的发展需求,所以需要进行深化改革方案,强化城乡规划的发展模式,为城镇化发展指明战略方向,全面实施转型。本文就新型城镇化发展的城乡规划模式进行探讨,以供参考。
In the process of the modernization of urban construction, with the development of our country since the reform and opening up, the effect of urbanization and urbanization is very obvious, and its scale has also been effectively expanded. With the adjustment of our economic structure and the reform and the realization of a sustainable and scientific development in our country, this is also the main concept of economic development. Under the current state of development, the traditional model of urban planning for growth is no longer able to meet the needs of current socio-economic development. Therefore, it is necessary to deepen the reform plan and strengthen the urban-rural planning model so as to point out the strategic direction for urbanization and fully implement the transformation. This paper discusses the urban and rural planning model of new urbanization for reference.
