长三角地区开放发展是在全球要素分工深入演进背景下开始的。依托优越的地理位置以及廉价优质劳动力等比较优势,长三角地区抓住了全球要素分工带来的战略机遇,在不断扩大开放中获得了经济发展的巨大成就,奠定了全面小康建设的经济基础。这是长三角地区全面建设小康社会最宝贵的基本经验之一。面临国内外环境的深刻变化,长三角地区应适时调整开放发展战略,抓住新的战略机遇,提升开放型经济发展水平和层次,全面建成更高水平小康社会,进而基本实现现代化。
The opening up of the Yangtze River Delta region started under the background of the in-depth evolution of the global division of labor. Relying on its superior geographical position and the comparative advantage of cheap and high-quality labor, the Yangtze River Delta region has seized the strategic opportunities brought about by the global division of labor and obtained tremendous achievements in economic development during the continuous expansion and opening up, laying the economic foundation for an overall well-to-do society. This is one of the most valuable basic experiences in building an overall well-to-do society in the Yangtze River Delta. In the face of profound changes in the environment at home and abroad, the Yangtze River Delta should adjust its strategy of opening up in due course, seize new strategic opportunities, enhance the level and level of development of an open economy, and fully build a well-to-do society of higher standard so as to basically realize modernization.
