目的 :对连苏止呕胶囊 (川连、苏叶 )抗化疗呕吐的机制加以研究。方法 :采用左旋多巴导致家犬呕吐和硫酸铜导致家鸽呕吐模型 ,观察动物呕吐次数和潜伏期、胃运动频率和幅度、胃排空率的变化。结果 :该药可明显减少左旋多巴所致狗和硫酸铜所致家鸽呕吐次数 (P <0 .0 1 ,P <0 .0 5) ,延长呕吐潜伏期 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;使家兔在体胃运动频率明显增加 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,胃运动幅度明显增高 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ;可使大鼠胃排空率明显提高 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :连苏止呕胶囊抗化疗呕吐作用是通过外周和中枢两条途径发挥作用的 ,将会弥补五羟色胺受体拮抗剂对迟发性呕吐疗效不佳和价格昂贵的不足 ,具有重要的开发和进一步的研究价值
Objective : To study the mechanism of resistance to chemotherapy and vomiting of Lian Su Zhi Kui capsule (Chuan Lian, Su Ye). METHODS: Using levodopa led to vomiting in dogs and copper sulfate leading to pigeon vomiting. Animals were observed for vomiting and latency, frequency and amplitude of gastric motility, and gastric emptying rate. Results: The drug can significantly reduce the number of vomiting caused by levodopa caused by dogs and copper sulfate (P <0.01, P <0.05) and prolong the vomiting latency (P <0.01); The frequency of movement in body and stomach was significantly increased in rabbits (P <0.05, P <0.01), and the amplitude of gastric motion was significantly increased (P <0.05, P <0.01); The gastric emptying rate was significantly increased (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Liansu Zhifu Capsule can prevent and treat vomiting through the peripheral and central routes. It will make up for the shortage of effective serotonin receptor antagonists for delayed vomiting and has an expensive price. It has important development and Further research value
