为观察尾悬吊模拟失重对大鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,28只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为4组,结果表明:悬吊10d的大鼠与对照组相比,血清MDA含量没有显著变化,而悬吊21d的大鼠与对照组相比,血清MDA含量则显著增加(P<0.05)。提示:模拟失重对大鼠血清MDA含量有一定的影响。
To observe the effect of simulated weightlessness of tail suspension on serum malondialdehyde (MDA) in rats, 28 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. The results showed that compared with the control group, serum MDA There was no significant change in the content of MDA in the suspension of 21d rats compared with the control group (P <0.05). Tip: Simulated weightlessness has a certain effect on serum MDA content.
