According to the International Classification of Diseases stipulated by the WHO, Sakurai pointed out that sudden death refers to the death of an unexplained disease-free disease lasting no more than 24 hours from onset to death. However, the problem is that despite previous angina, sudden death can be called sudden death. He and others believe that such death should be called sudden cardiac death due to stroke and death, often due to hemiplegia or sudden snoring, can be roughly inferred. However, when a heart attack dies, many things are often unclear except for the presence of a doctor. In fact, in the diagnosis of death, with acute heart failure or heart failure is the name of the death record. This is because most are dead at the time of their visit. From the point of view of the true cause of death, there may be other causes of death. In order to study the cause of cardiac insufficiency or unknown death, the author conducted a live investigation of sudden death based on the death certificate in the city of Hachinohe, Aomori Prefecture.
