一九八八年四月十八日至十九日航天部科研生产司和电子部科技司在石家庄就航天部二院二○三所和电子部54所共同进行的“微波晶体管自动测试系统—HP8409B(C)技术改造”召开了部级技术鉴定会。来自24个单位的38名专家、教授参加了技术鉴定会。鉴定委员会认为:微波晶体管自动测试系统的研制,在国内具有一定的独造性,首次在HP 8409B(C)和 HP 11608A 测试夹具上,用自行设计的微带标准件和稍加修改的测试软件,实现了微波晶体管的自动测试,体现了对引进设备的吸收、改造的精神。
