目的 观察储藏小麦中粗脚粉螨休眠体形态。方法 采集安徽省临泉县储藏时间≥6个月的小麦样本,分离其中的粗脚粉螨休眠体,制备玻片标本,置于光镜下观察鉴定。结果 光镜下可见粗脚粉螨休眠体的足及胫节毛和膝节毛等结构特征,足上的爪很发达,生殖毛基部和其两侧的1对吸盘几乎在同一水平线上。结论 储藏小麦中可有粗脚粉螨休眠体孳生,应采取防治措施降低其对储藏粮食的危害。
Objective To observe the dormant body morphology of powdery mites in stored wheat. Methods Wheat samples with a storage time of ≥6 months in Linquan County of Anhui Province were collected and dormant bodies of Acaroid mite were isolated. Slides were prepared and observed under light microscope. Results Under light microscope, the structure of the foot and the tibiofacial hair and the hair of the knee joint were observed. The claws on the foot were well developed. The base of the reproductive hair and the pair of suction cups on both sides were almost the same level. Conclusion There is a dormant body of Dormant Acaroid mite in the stored wheat. Prevention and control measures should be taken to reduce its harm to the stored grain.
