滑阀式真空泵的运动属于偏心运动,该泵的滑阀构件在工作中产生的不平衡惯性力引起泵的较大振动,但是长期以来无精确的计算滑阀不平衡惯性力的方法,因此确定滑阀的不平衡惯性力幅值成为降低滑阀泵振动的关键所在。本文运用机械系统运动学理论推导了精确计算滑阀杆的不平衡惯性力的公式,计算了2H-150型双级滑阀真空泵滑阀杆在一个工作周期内的不平衡惯性力。计算获得了滑阀杆不平衡力幅值的精确值,计算结果表明,滑阀杆的大小和方向是不断发生变化的,引起的振动是非简谐振动。根据滑阀杆不平衡惯性力的计算结果进行动平衡配重,配重后的滑阀泵振动力和振动位移大幅度下降。结果表明该方法正确可靠,为滑阀泵减振分析提供了准确数据。
The movement of the slide-valve vacuum pump belongs to the eccentric movement. The unbalance inertial force generated by the slide valve member of the pump causes large vibration of the pump, but for a long time there is no accurate method for calculating the imbalance inertial force of the slide valve. Therefore, The unbalance inertia force of the slide valve becomes the key to reduce the vibration of the slide valve pump. In this paper, the equation of unbalance inertial force of slide valve stem is deduced accurately by using the kinematics theory of mechanical system, and the unbalance inertial force of the valve spool of 2H-150 double-stage slide valve in one working cycle is calculated. The exact value of the unbalance force of the slide valve stem was calculated. The calculation results show that the size and direction of the slide valve stem are constantly changing, and the vibration caused is non-harmonic vibration. According to the calculation results of the unbalanced inertia force of the slide valve stem, the dynamic balance weight is reduced, and the vibration force and the vibration displacement of the slide valve pump after the counterweight are greatly reduced. The results show that the method is correct and reliable, which provides accurate data for the analysis of the damping of the slide valve pump.
