笔者下乡调研时,常常听到群众把村组会议称为“一根烟会议”,言外之意是说会议时间很短,一根烟功夫就开完了。群众还编了一个顺口溜来佐证:县里开会两三天、乡里开会大半天、村里开会一根烟。乍一听,“一根烟会议”似乎很有道理。缩短了会议时间、简化了会议程序、提高了工作效率,这样的短会理当大力提倡。但是,仔细调查后,笔者发现,这是群众的调侃语,是对村组会议过于简单草率的讽刺一位基
When I came to the countryside to study, I often heard the masses call the village-group meeting “a cigarette meeting.” The implication was that the meeting time was very short and that a cigarette was finished. The masses also compiled a jingle evidence: the county meeting two or three days, the village most of the meeting, meeting a cigarette in the village. At first glance, “a cigarette meeting” seems to make sense. Shortened the meeting time, streamline the meeting process, improve work efficiency, such a short meeting should strongly advocate. However, after careful investigation, I found that this is a parody of the masses, which is too simplistic and ironic to the village-group meetings.
