目的 :探讨肾舒胶囊对阿霉素肾病 (AN)大鼠氧自由基及肾小球阴电荷的影响。方法 :将雄性wistar大鼠 36只随机分至正常对照组 (N组 )、非治疗组 (A组 )、肾舒胶囊治疗组 (S组 )。采用单次尾静脉注射阿霉素建立AN模型 ,研究肾舒胶囊对AN大鼠 2 4h尿蛋白排泄率、血清总蛋白 (TP)、白蛋白 (ALB)、总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、血清及肾组织超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)等的影响 ,并观察肾组织病理改变及胶样铁染色情况。结果 :与A组比 ,S组大鼠 2 4h尿蛋白排泄率第 7d始明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,4周末血清TP、ALB升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,TC、TG低 (P <0 .0 1) ,血清及肾组织SOD活力升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,MDA降低 (P <0 .0 1)。胶状铁染色及肾组织损伤较A组明显改善。结论 :肾舒胶囊具有抗脂质过氧化 ,改善或修复肾小球阴离子屏障损伤作用 ,从而对AN肾病大鼠具有保护作用
Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenshu capsule on oxygen free radicals and glomerular negative charge in rats with adriamycin nephropathy (AN). Methods: Thirty-six male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group (N group), non-treatment group (A group) and Shenshu capsule treatment group (S group). A single tail vein injection of doxorubicin was used to establish an AN model and the 24-hour urinary protein excretion rate, serum total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), total cholesterol (TC), and triglyceride of Shenshu Capsules on AN rats were studied. (TG), serum and renal tissue superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), etc., and to observe the pathological changes of renal tissue and plastic-like iron staining. Results: Compared with group A, the urinary protein excretion rate of rats in group S decreased significantly at the 7th day (P<0.05, P<0.01), and serum TP and ALB increased at the end of 4 weeks (P<0). .0 1) , TC and TG were low (P < 0.01), SOD activity in serum and kidney tissue increased (P <0.01), and MDA decreased (P <0.01). Colloidal iron staining and renal tissue injury were significantly improved compared with group A. Conclusion : Shenshu capsule has anti-lipid peroxidation, improves or repairs glomerular anion barrier injury, and has a protective effect on rats with AN nephropathy
