小型合成氨厂造气风机出口阀门仍采用DT41W—0.2手动蝶阀。该阀门虽然制造简单,价格低廉,但由于阀体与圆型阀板径向间隙较大,内密封极差。以10—198.4D风机为例,据测定与简略计算,阀门每小时泄漏量约有800m~3。如设置3台鼓风机,一开两备,泄漏则成倍增加。当鼓风机工作时,不仅因为蝶阀泄漏,影响入炉风量与风压,并且易使备用鼓风机风叶倒转(转速高达800~900rpm),做无功损耗,使工作风机电流升高,甚至烧坏电机。在停车状态下,由于阀门关闭不严,使煤气倒流,隐藏着引爆鼓风机
