自1981年以来我科采用鼻内法泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗45例因鼻泪管阻塞所致的慢性泪囊炎,收到了良好的效果。现总结报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:用此法治疗慢性泪囊炎共45例,其中女性42例,男性3例。左眼26例,右眼19例,均为单眼。治愈42例,治愈率为93.3%,好转3例,占6.7%。 1.2 术前检查 1.2.1 泪道:要注意泪小点的位置及泪小管是否通畅,尤其是下小泪管是否通畅更应注意。 1.2.2 泪囊:要了解泪囊的大小,如小不适宜行此手术。了解的方法有二:一通过泪囊碘油造影,二通过压迫内眦部,分泌物多表明大,反之则小。
