利用TiO_2粉体在高浓度NaOH溶液中水热反应制备TiO_2纳米管。通过X射线衍射、透射电镜、扫描电镜及紫外-可见光谱等表征手段,研究了不同金红石含量的TiO_2粉体对TiO_2纳米管晶体结构、表面形貌及光催化性能的影响。结果表明:单一金红石TiO_2粉体不利于纳米管的形成,具有锐钛矿-金红石混晶的TiO_2粉体可制备出形貌较为均匀的混晶型TiO_2纳米管;随着TiO_2粉体中金红石含量提高,所制备样品中的金红石相增多,光催化活性先增大、后减小,以锐钛矿为主晶相的混晶型TiO_2纳米管对甲基橙表现出较高的光催化降解活性。
Preparation of TiO_2 Nanotubes by Hydrothermal Reaction of TiO_2 Powder in High Concentration NaOH Solution. The crystal structure, surface morphology and photocatalytic activity of TiO 2 nanotubes with different rutile content were investigated by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The results show that single rutile TiO 2 powder is not conducive to the formation of nanotubes. TiO 2 powder with anatase-rutile mixed crystal can form mixed-phase TiO 2 nanotubes with uniform morphology. With the increase of rutile content The photocatalytic activity first increases and then decreases, and the mixed crystal TiO 2 nanotubes with anatase as the main crystal phase show high photocatalytic degradation activity on methyl orange .
