文章以五阳煤矿7802综放工作面的具体条件为基础,建立数值分析模型;运用计算流体动力学软件FLUENT对采场瓦斯运移规律进行模拟,并对工作面不同风障设置情况进行对比分析。模拟分析结果显示该工作面目前为治理上隅角瓦斯积聚超限所采用的风障设置方式存在漏风严重及上隅角瓦斯治理不彻底的不足,从而针对该工作面风障设置方式提出改进措施,并运用数值模拟的手段验证了改进措施的有效性。
Based on the specific conditions of 7802 fully mechanized caving mining face in Wuyang Coal Mine, the article establishes a numerical analysis model and simulates the law of gas migration in the stope by using computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT, and compares and analyzes the setting of different wind barriers on the working face . The simulation results show that there is a serious air leakage and the gas control in the upper corner is not enough for the face to be used to control the gas accumulation overrun in the upper corner so as to improve the setting method of wind barriers on the working face , And verified the effectiveness of the improvement measures by means of numerical simulation.
