青年就业是世界各个区域普遍存在着令人忧虑的问题,一个全球性的趋势是:劳动力市场出现供过于求的现象,越来越多的青年获得了得到工作的必要条件,而他们的就业机会却没有成比例增加,无论是在西方发达的资本主义国家,还是在贫穷的第三世界,就业不足或青年失业都是造成社会政治生活不稳定的一个重要因素,从而引起各国政府的严重关注。青年就业是一个相当复杂的问题,经济的衰落、政局的变化、心理上和文化上的异化、地理环境的差别以及战争等等,都会影响青年就业的实现,本文将就世界各地青年就业的状况,原因及各国的对策作一浅析。
Youth employment is a common cause for concern in all regions of the world. A global trend is that there is an over-supply in the labor market. More and more young people are getting the necessary conditions to get a job, but their employment opportunities are not Proportionately increased, both in the developed capitalist countries of the West and in the poor Third World, underemployment or youth unemployment are all important factors that destabilize social and political life, causing serious concern by governments.
