常减压装置故障多发且引起故障的原因复杂,装置运行的好坏直接影响下游产品的质量,对常减压蒸馏装置故障采取诊断措施有利于整个工程的正常运行。本文应用Mamdani模糊推理构建故障诊断型专家系统,建立故障征兆和故障原因的规则库,再将输入故障征兆与输出故障原因可能性之间建立模糊蕴含关系,进行模糊推理,并基于CLIPS嵌入VC++完成专家系统运行环境,编制代码并录入,实现对常减压蒸馏装置的故障诊断过程。实验表明,本文模糊故障诊断专家系统在解决常减压装置故障的涉及变量多、原因不确定等情况中,具有一定的实用性和有效性。
The frequent and frequent decompression device malfunction is complicated and the operation of the device has a direct impact on the quality of the downstream product. Diagnostic measures of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation device fault are conducive to the normal operation of the entire project. This article uses Mamdani fuzzy reasoning to construct a fault diagnosis expert system and establish rule base of fault symptom and fault cause. Then, fuzzy implication is established between the fault symptom of input and the probability of output fault, and VC ++ is implemented based on CLIPS Expert system operating environment, the preparation of the code and input, to achieve the vacuum distillation unit fault diagnosis process. Experiments show that this fuzzy expert system for fault diagnosis has some practicality and effectiveness in solving the problems involving many variables and uncertainties in the atmospheric and vacuum devices.
