自从“职业核心能力”这个概念提出以来,已引起了我国高职院校的普遍关注。所谓职业核心能力,也就是职业能力中最重要的组成部分,是从职业活动的能力中体现出来的、除岗位专业能力之外的基本能力。为了适应社会中的这种变化,我国的高职院校也逐渐重视对学生开展核心能力能力的教学和测评,以便更有针对性的开展管理和教育工作。笔者将阐述高职生职业核心能力的教学并加以研究和探索。 Since the concept of “professional core competence” has been put forward, it has aroused the widespread concern of our country’s higher vocational colleges.
