钢板的轧后控冷可以获得良好的力学性能和焊接性能。介绍了在鞍钢厚板轧机后建立的用于轧后控冷的高密度管层流冷却系统 ,该系统采用了自主开发的高密度管层流冷却装置 ,具有冷却能力强、冷却均匀 ,冷却后板形不变、设备结构及维护简单等特点。通过鞍钢厚板厂的现场生产实践 ,该系统已达到了设计的要求。
Controlled cooling of the steel sheet can obtain good mechanical properties and weldability. This paper introduces a high-density pipe laminar flow cooling system for the controlled rolling after rolling which is established after the heavy plate mill in Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The system adopts a self-developed high-density pipe laminar flow cooling device which has the advantages of strong cooling capacity, uniform cooling, Shape unchanged, the structure of the device and maintenance of simple features. Through the on-site production practice of Angang Heavy Plate Mill, the system has reached the design requirements.
